Q. What is your favourite quote?

Q. If you could travel anywhere where would you go and why?
A. Spain/Morocco – would love to learn more about the incredible music coming out of that part of the world.

Q. What do you do for fun?
A. Music, anything in nature, anything with my family and kids, multiple sports, karate, date nights with my lovely wife, enjoying a nice cup of coffee 

Q. What other bands/music inspire you?
A. Everything from Pink Floyd to Mumford & Sons, Led Zeppelin to Enya, Cat Stevens to Eminem, Carla Bruni to Walk off the Earth

Q. What is your favourite book or movie? 
A. Book: The Dawnbreakers – and I hope one day it will be made into a movie. Movie: Bruce Lee – Enter the Dragon.
 
Q. Worst performance moment?
A. The event shall remain nameless – mini gig with Mike, Aaron and I – both vocal mics cut out, no monitors, guitar feed cut out – essentially Aaron’s drum was the only sound to be heard in the hall (and his timing was brutal J).
 
Q. Best performance moment?
A. The Mystery CD release concert in Guelph. It was one of those nights where everything gelled – the audience, the sound, the venue, the band, the music – the entire vibe was awesome.
 
Q. Which S&D songs do you like performing and why?
A. Wayfarer, Tears of a Child, Gift of the Ether, More than a Man, The Purest Branch - these are the ones where I really feel the music take over the performance.
 
Q. What other instrument would you like to learn?
A. The oud and the duduk

A. Costa Rica, where the fruit is sweeter and the trees greener, and family and friends can take the time to enjoy it.

A. Play hockey with my boy Nathan

A. Moody Blues, Peter Gabriel, Crosby Stills and Nash,  Hans Zimmer, and Asher Lenz.

A. The Notebook
 
Q. Worst performance moment?
A. Some bar in northern Ontario in 1976
 
Q. Best performance moment
A. "Land and Sea" and "Prisoners" with 3 part harmonies and an acoustic guitar in our backyard. A close second is when John, Aaron and Asher are jammin free-style

A. Note in a Bottle, Tears of a Child, and Land and Sea, because they're sweet and fun to play

A. The Oud

A. Hawaii. I crave natural beauty and I hear there's nowhere else like it.

A. Go for coffee with friends at our favourite local spot Te Aro

A. I love James Taylor, John Mayer, pretty much any guy with an acoustic guitar. Also Alison Krauss and Sade

Q. What is your favourite book or movie?
A. Star Trek.... the new one...

Q. Worst performance moment?
A. 14 years old singing 'True Colours' on stage and completely forgot the lyrics. Sang the same verse over and over

Q. Best performance moment?
A. Performing 'Land and Sea' in my Dad's backyard at our CD release in front of all our dearest friends

Q. Which S&D songs do you like performing and why?
A. Kiss the Rope, Sojourn and Prisoners because nothing's better than singing those beautiful harmonies with my Dad and Brett.

Q. What other instrument would you like to learn?
A. CELLO! I have a beautiful one in my living room from my dad and I WILL learn to play it

A. Movies: Jurassic Park, Cast Away, Knotting Hill. Books: The Hunger Games and some other quality teen novels that will go unnamed

A. Playing the buttons on a keyboard and leaving Brett high and dry.

Q. Best performance moment?
A. Playing the giant bass drum Aaron kindly bestowed on me.

Q. Which S&D songs do you like performing and why?
A. 'The Unveiling' as it's super fun to play the brushes on that one, and it's a wonderful tune, and 'The Trust Among Us' as I get to accompany my beautiful and talented wife on a song we co-wrote.

A. Outdoor concert with Buffy St. Marie,90 degrees in the shade, NO shade on stage, one lawn mower extension cord for everything PA & back line, blackout every loud moment. Another drum solo??!!

A. Smith & Dragoman - Orlando in the 5-star hotel hot tub. No bad notes. Tough gig.

A. Lord of the age- I play everything, bass, elec. piano, violin, cellos, French horn, flute, oboe, synth, 100 voice choir...
