The Mystery CD - Update - July 10, 2012

A quick update on The Mystery CD:

What: The Mystery - the latest (third) CD from Smith & Dragoman continuing the stories of the early history of the Baha'i Faith, with a major focus on Abdu'l-Baha and his contemporaries. The number of songs on the CD will be between 12 and 15.

The Music: The Mystery continues in similar Smith & Dragoman style with songs ranging from intimate folk songs emphasizing three-part harmonies, to larger more symphonic/soundtrack type songs. You'll here some familiar middle-eastern sounds like duduks and ouds as well.

When: We are striving heart and soul to have the CD ready for release in early August. We hope to demo many of our new songs and have CD's for sale at the Association for Baha'i Studies Conference in Montreal the weekend of August 10-11 - hope to see you there.

What's Next: Over the next 7 weeks we will be buried in our studio recording and mixing our songs. We hope to have some short video and audio clips up on the Smith & Dragoman Facebook page by early June - pls come and visit and take a listen.

Where: The CD will be for sale through our online store in mid-August, as well as through multiple digital download outlets including iTunes and Rhapsody.

Thanks to all of our fans for your ongoing support. It is truly inspiring and humbling to receive all of your kind words and encouragement through your emails, tweets and likes. It is sincerely appreciated.
